Account Engagement (Pardot) Multi Business Unit Support
Introduction
- Our native Pardot / Account Engagement integration has only worked with one business unit so far. You had to select the main BU you wanted to integrate with Campaign Audience Builder.
- This was a limiting factor for companies and organizations working with multiple BU's.
- Therefore, we introduced the option to connect multiple BU's with Campaign Audience Builder.
Functionality
- You can switch between the BUs (if multiple are set up) in two areas.
- "Add to Pardot List"
- When you manually want to add audience results to a Pardot List, you can switch your BU by clicking the BU Dropdown icon and selecting a different BU.
- Pardot Integration > "Sync Settings"
- You can change the Sync Settings context for the whole menu by changing the BU at the top of the screen.
