Builder Action Bar

The builder action bar consists of four components:

1.  View Name and Number of Items - What view (Category or Folder) are you in, and how many items (audiences and subfolders) are shown? It can also contain just a subset of audiences when you enter a search term. Then, it shows the number of filtered items instead of all items in the view.
2.  Search Bar - Find specific audiences by name.
3. New Folder - Create a new folder.
4. New Audience - Create a new audience.
