Select Fields to Display

• Use this action to select all fields that should be shown in the results table.
• Select a field on the left side (Available Fields) and click the Arrow icon between the field boxes ( > ) to move this field to the visible fields section.
• You can also select multiple fields at once by holding down the cmd/alt key while selecting the fields.

• Click Save to apply your changes.

  

Reset Column Width

• If you resized your table columns, click this action to return to 100% width and evenly spaced columns.

Create Random Subset

• If the total results amount is too high and you want to generate a smaller list, use this option.
• You must enter the preferred Subset Size, and the system will provide the shortened list.

• To return to the full results list, click the List Settings Gear again and then click > Reset to Full Results.
