Pardot: Sync Audiences
Introduction
- While adding audiences from your campaign or audience record is a one-time action, you can also automate it to update your static Pardot lists based on defined audiences.
- With “Sync Audiences”, you can select a target Pardot list and which audiences should sync to this list.

Functionality
- To access and set up your Pardot Synchronizations, click the CAB Integrations tab and Sync Settings side-menu option.
- Click Add List to set up a new Sync.

- List: This lookup field lets you find all your static Pardot lists. Select the one you want to update with audience results.
- Cleanse: This checkbox will remove all existing list members not part of your synced audiences. Be cautious with this setting!
- To continue, click Next.

- In the final step, select the CAB Audience(s) you want to sync with your list (see Step 1).
- Once all are selected, click Done to finish the setup.
Sync Frequency
- The Pardot Sync will run approximately every 60 minutes.
- You can always check the sync status in the CAB Integration tab.
- Access the Sync Settings menu to see an overview of the Last Synchronization.
- Check the Import Job History to access each Import Job.
Limitations
- Cleansing only works as long as the total, aggregated amount of list members in the target list that should be cleansed is below 20.000 records.
- If the limit is reached, no list members will be removed.
- Once the amount of members is below the limit again, either by removing list members from cleansed lists or deactivating the Cleansing feature for certain lists, it will resume automatically.
