Record Match Breakdown

Introduction

• To validate that the audience results are correct and that you defined the correct conditions, it's helpful to pick some of the audience results and see why they are part of the audience.
• Before this release, you had to open the record, let's say the Contact, and manually find the fields and records that qualified this record to be part of this audience.
• We now introduce the Record Match Breakdown.
• This screen displays the filtered fields and relevant records that match the audience conditions.

Functionality

• Once you've run your audience, there's a new action button in the dropdown menu for each audience result —> Record Match Breakdown.

• For this example, here's the reference audience:

• Within the Record Match Breakdown View, we see the specific conditions and records that matched the criteria:
